We are privately owned and since 1997, we have been buying quality residential rental properties in certain prime metropolitan locations.

The majority of our rental portfolio is in Denver, Colorado (USA), but we also own properties in New York, Singapore, Phuket (Thailand), Vancouver (Canada), Lincoln (UK) & Cape Town (SA).

A property in Hong Kong will be added in the next 12 months, as we continue to expand our portfolio. Further quality acquisitions are also planned.
