Dating from 1898, the building is unique in the Golden Triangle area of Denver. The property was scheduled for demolition before we purchased it in 2000 and in partnership with Historic Denver & Humphries Poli Architects, we renovated & restored the building in 2004. Built originally as four residential rental units, the property remains the same today. Much of the original hand crafted interior wood trim & decorative roesettas have been restored & retained. All the apartments have new modern kitchens & bathrooms with Corian countertops & vanities, new hardwood floors, new heating & air-con. The property is in an excellent central location, within close walking distance to the new Daniel Libeskind designed Art Museum & Residences, the State Capitol, the Denver Public Library, as well as local galleries, coffee shops & restaurants.
